Master Hagi work of Chawan tea with beautiful white glaze in crackles. bowl made by Yutaka Okada. Very good in condition with no chips or cracks. It comes with his signed and stamped original storage box, stamped cloth, and his profile of creative experience chronology written in Japanese in detail. Yutaka Okada was born in 1946 as the firstborn son of 7th generation of Sensyu Okada, a master of Seiunzan Okada Klin, one of the longest-established Haigi Klin. He has been awarded many prizes and known as one of the greatest Hagi potter. He succeeded to 8th generation of a master of Seiunzan Okada Klin. In 2006, He was designated Intangeble cultural asset of Yamaguchi prefecture for Hagi pottery.
