Approximately mid 20th century, Japanese pure silver teapot decorated with hail design and ivory handle, made by a metal artist, Ryumei. It is marked on its underside Jungin Ryumei Saku, pure silver made by Ryumei, and marked on the reverse side of its lid, Ryumei saku. This teapot comes with an original signed, sealed wooden storage box. It is excellent in condition. Weight without ivory handle is 254g.
