Approximately 18th to 19th century, impressive maki-e lacquer work of Inro case with lacquered netsuke, man figure, and red coral ojime. The inro has sing by a lacquer artist, details unknown. Overall condition is excellent.

Exquisitely carved animating shish lion with flower under the falls in wood and maki-e lacquered with gold on the reverse side. It was originally a lid of boox box and now framed with lacquered wood for display. Unfortunately, we could not identify an artist due to no sign or seal but are sure that this impressive work had been done by highly skillful artist. It is esitimated from 19th century.
