Approximately 17th to 18th century, Japanese carvings, image of Buddha called Bishamonten,Vaisvanara. Impressive and exquisite carvings, all details are rendered. Painted surface are faded due to age. It comes with fitted wooden shrine. Overall condition is very good with very minor losses on metal parts and fading on painting parts. Approximately 19th to early 20th century, impressive wood carving work depicting Hotei Figure, one of the seventh Gods. It exquisitely renders in all details and it is animated. The figure and its stand has inscription by the artist, Houn. Overall condition is excellent and the stand have minor repair to fix slight crack. This is indeed great carvings.

Approximately 17th to 18 century, quality Ko-bizen works of Mizusashi water container made for traditional tea ceremony use. The work has beautiful color and balanced shape.
There is mark of kiln underside and sign with name by one tea master for the work on the reverse side of the lid. Its name is Furusato, home. We are trying to find out which kiln's work it is and the name of tea master. The work is excellent in condition and comes with its box. Highly recommended quality work.
